Rotary belt press filter is also known spiral dehydrator, including the motor, reducer and conical spindle connected in turn. The spiral blades are fixed on the main axis. There is a shell on the outside of the spiral blade, and the two ends of the shell have inlet fighting and discharging fighting. The peripheral connection of the spiral blades is cylindrical, the shell is cylindrical, and the cylindrical body and the main shaft have the same axis. Main structure of rotary belt press filter
1. Transmission motor: Using a swinging needle wheel reducer controlled through the inverter speed adjustment control, can achieve continuous and stable speed adjusting function.
2. Mesh: It is woven from high-strength polytic nylon silk, and has high strength, acidic alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning.
3. Pairing squeezing roller: Using high-quality seamless steel pipe with a thickness of 12-15mm and outsourcing natural rubber or silicone, the roller diameter gradually decreases, the low-voltage stainless steel L-shaped pressure roller structure is unique and reasonable. Water inner and outer squeezed can be discharged through the guide slot, and all the squeezed water is opposite to the running direction of the filter cake, to guarantee pressure filtration water without returning to suction.
4. Mesh belt correction: Adopt closed sensor to accurately control the offset of mesh belt to ensure that the extension of mesh belt is not exceeding 10mm.
5. Fabric device: The spiral and rotating scraper are adopted to evenly flatten fabric, ensure that the water content of all slag cakes is consistent, and the water on both sides of the mesh belt will not be high.
Application of rotary belt press filter
Products are widely used in wines, fruit wine and other industries. It is used to squeeze the juice in the fermented grape skin, or the grape skin residue, vegetables, sea buckthorn fruits, blueberries, pomegranate dregs... separated by the juice separator. Also applied for alcohol energy, fine chemicals, feed additives and other industries in our country, and separation operations for solid fluids containing certain fiber materials, such as dehydration treatment of potato, bamboo shoots and other substances, such as cassava lees, chemical fibers, etc. The moisture content of the material after dehydration of this machine is not higher than 60%.
