Fruit residue dryer, a large-scale continuous drying device launched by WAN TAI after years of research and experiments, is composed of coal hot blast furnace, feed and discharge equipment, rotary dryer, dust removal system, air induction equipment, rotating device, electronic control system, high/low temperature pipes, etc., and is applicable to the drying of apple, pineapple and citrus residues. Given the characteristics of high water content, high sugar content and easy caking of fruit residues, WAN TAI has adopted the original scattering anti-caking technology, well solving the difficulties in the drying process of fruit residues, and achieves good drying effects.
Characteristics of fruit residue dryer
1. The fruit residue dryer employs a rotary dryer as the main unit of drying system, characterized by simple structure, few failures, low maintenance costs, and large production capacity, which can further realize long-term continuous operations.
2. Relying on strong adaptability, besides used for drying fruit residues, it can also be used for a variety of materials with poor free flowability and large precipitation, such as distiller's grains, and compound fertilizers.
3. The rotary dryer adopts a stepless gear, adjusting the rotating speed of the cylinder based on diversified material moisture to achieve the best drying effect. The cylinder is driven by cast-steel processing gear ring, with stable and reliable transmission.
4. With large precipitation, fruit residues with water content of 82% can be dried at a time to below 13%.
5. The fruit residue dryer uses a unique sealing device, with a good insulation system.
6. The design and manufacture of relevant components take into account the mechanical performance requirements for long-term high-temperature work, so as to achieve long-term continuous drying at full load.
7. The mechanical-chain-based coal hot blast furnace, used as the heat source of drying system, has a strong adaptability to various coal types, and its grate adopts stepless gear. With which, the coal is fully burned, and the overall thermal efficiency of the hot blast furnace can reach more than 90%. Coaling and deslagging belong to mechanized operations with stable and convenient operation.
8. Scraper-typed feeding machine with stepless gear is used, which can conveniently adjust the feeding amount and ensure stable feeding.
9. Specially designed double-layer shoveling plates are used in the drying cylinder to ensure the drying effect of fruit residues.
10. After drying, subsequent sections such as crushing, mixing, granulation, and packing can be performed to produce finished granulated feed of fruit residues.
11. There is a potent diffuser in the cylinder of fruit residue dryer, which can effectively solve caking of slag materials during the drying process.
12. By virtue of large processing capacity, a single set of equipment can process 80-500 tons of fruit residues every day.
13. The entire drying system is under electric centralized control, with high automation and easy operation.
