Overview of iron powder dryer
The iron powder dryer, adopting high-temperature and fast-drying process, is mainly composed of the cylinder crushing dryer, combustion furnace, screw feeder, screw discharger, conveying pipeline, dust collector, air seal machinery, draft fan and control cabinet. It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical engineering, cement, etc., mainly applied to fine iron powder, iron powder, iron ore and other materials with large wettabiltity and specific gravity.

Principle of iron powder dryer
The cylinder of iron powder dryer is slightly inclined and rotatable. Wet materials enter from the upper part of one end, while dry materials are collected from the lower part of the other end. The hot air enters from the feeding or discharging end, and exits from the upper part of the other end. The cylinder is provided with a forward shoveling plate, so that the materials are continuously lifted and scattered during the rotation of cylinder, and fully contact with the hot air flow to improve the drying efficiency and move the materials forward. Generally, the heat source of the dried material is hot air, high-temperature flue gas, etc., which can be selected according to the nature and quality requirements of the material.
