Full drying process refers to a part of dry materials returned to the feed port, mixed with wet materials, and then sent to the dryer, and the obtained materials are fully dry.

Dryer Structure

Paste material dryer is a set of hollow spiral turntable, the turntable is connected by a hollow shaft, the shaft is fixed on the disk at both ends through the bearing, and is connected with the steam through the rotary joint. The driving device of the dryer is installed at one end of the stator, which is composed of motor, reducer, coupling, etc. The material to be dried flows in from one end of the dryer, flows through the gap between the rotary table and the stator, reaches the other end, and flows out through the discharge valve at the bottom. After the surface contact heat transfer of the rotary table, the moisture contained in the material is evaporated, and a scraper is installed between the rotary tables to prevent caking and adhesion on the discs. The water vapor released by the material is gathered on the dome and discharged through the exhaust pipe.
