1、 Overview of Dandelion Extract

Dandelion extract has been approved by the US FDA as a GRAS (generally recognized as safe) food ingredient. This extract is used as a fragrance ingredient in various edible products, including alcoholic (such as bitter wine) and non alcoholic beverages, frozen desserts, candies, baked goods, jelly, pudding, and cheese.

2、Overview of Dandelion Extract Dryer

Dandelion Extract Dryer uses 95 ℃ hot water as the drying medium to perform Refractive window drying on liquid paste materials. The moisture content is dried from 90% to 5%, and the drying time is only about 5 minutes. However, conventional heat pump drying, hot air drying, and freeze-drying require more than 12 hours or even longer. Therefore, when the liquid paste material is dried, it can maintain 94% vitamin C and natural color, nutrition, flavor, and aroma. The quality of the products it produces is comparable to that of freeze-dried products, but the energy consumption is less than one-tenth of that of freeze-dried products.

3、Advantages of Dandelion Extract Dryer

1) Using circulating hot water as a heat source to improve drying efficiency;

4、Dandelion Extract Dryer Drying conditions：

The factors that restrict dryness on Dandelion Extract Dryer include air inlet temperature, exhaust temperature, air humidity, dry air volume, material liquid treatment, water evaporation, dry room diameter, dry room volume, particle diameter.

When designing the above factors, according to the characteristics of dry materials, the particle size and processing of the required product are determined, especially the diameter and volume of the dry chamber. Because they are indispensable factors, it is not possible to make too many adjustments based on this.
