Overview of bark dryer
The bark dryer is provided with a new heat pipe and can heat materials indirectly. Hot air enters and heats the heat pipe under the traction force of induced air, and the heat pipe transfers heat to the material. Due to the full contact between materials and heat pipe, the drying effect is better than that of common bark dryers on the market. The bark dryer belongs to a kind of drying equipment with high-efficiency, and can discharge water vapor from the top in real time and recycle the heat of exhaust gas. The bark dryer, widely applied to the leveling and drying of high-end formwork, multi-layer plate, and sandwich formwork, is provided with an environment-friendly hot blast furnace and leather and has the following characteristics: Fuel saving, hot air reutilization, fast heating speed, and smooth plate after drying; the water content reaches the national standard.

Working principle of Wantai bark dryer
Bark dryer: it includes the heating furnace, feed port, rotary drum, filter drum, material conveying pipe, cooling drum and discharge port. The rotary drum is located on the active roller. The active roller drives the rotary drum to rotate at a low speed by the motor and deceleration drive. The feeding port is set between the heating furnace and the rotary drum. The rotary drum is equipped with a stir fry blade. The material retaining device is set at the connection between the rotary drum and the filter The filter is connected with the rotary cylinder. During the drying process, the material moves up and down slowly in the cylinder. The material forms a material mist in the cylinder, and the hot gas passes through it, and carries out heat exchange with it to complete the function of water removal. Because of the above structure, the sawdust / sawdust can be fully dried in the rotating cylinder, and the sawdust / sawdust can be fully dispersed again before entering the material conveying pipe to make the moisture evaporate quickly.
