Working principle of Wantai bark dryer
Bark dryer: it includes the heating furnace, feed port, rotary drum, filter drum, material conveying pipe, cooling drum and discharge port. The rotary drum is located on the active roller. The active roller drives the rotary drum to rotate at a low speed by the motor and deceleration drive. The feeding port is set between the heating furnace and the rotary drum. The rotary drum is equipped with a stir fry blade. The material retaining device is set at the connection between the rotary drum and the filter The filter is connected with the rotary cylinder. During the drying process, the material moves up and down slowly in the cylinder. The material forms a material mist in the cylinder, and the hot gas passes through it, and carries out heat exchange with it to complete the function of water removal.
