Cow Dung Dryer

Introduction

Cow dung dryer, recommended the National Ministry of Environmental Protection, is applicable to by national promotion projects. The cow dung dryer uses fresh cow dung as the main raw material. After dehydration, dust removal, purification, high-temperature drying, concentration and crushing, disinfection and sterilization, decomposition and deodorization, etc., it can dry cow dung with water content of 70%-80% to 13% (safe storage) at a time. The entire process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution in the course of drying.

Advantages of cow dung dryer

Due to high water content and high adhesion of cow dung, it will cost more if the dryer is directly used. If a dehydrator is used before drying, the following three major benefits can be obtained:

1. It can reduce the water content of cow dung, increasing the output of cow dung dryer, and effectively reducing the cost of heat source.

2. Due to high water content of the initial wet cow dung, if the dryer is directly used, it is easy to stick to the wall of the drying cylinder, causing blockage with low output. Instead, it can be avoided after using the dehydrator so that the cow dung can be smoothly dried.

3. The use of a dehydrator can greatly reduce the odor of cow dung, setting a good example for the environmental protection encouraged by the state.
