Working principle
The main components of biomass fuel combustor include: automatic control system, high temperature cracking gasification combustor and combustion nozzle.
The biomass fuel combustor is simple and efficient. Its basic working principle is: the biomass particle fuel enters the high-temperature cracking semi gasification combustion chamber through the automatic feeding system, while the gasification agent (air and water vapor) is supplied from the lower part of the furnace, and the high-temperature gas is produced by the high-temperature cracking reaction under the oxygen deficient state in the high-temperature cracking gasification combustion chamber. In this process, the "sensible heat" and the combustible components such as CO, H2, CH4 and CnHm are produced, and the outlet temperature can reach 300-400 ℃; the gas directly enters the high-temperature combustion chamber with sufficient oxygen through the gas nozzle and burns completely, releasing the "latent heat".

Scope of application
