Working Principle
Biomass Hot Air Stove is composed of biomass burner, high temperature gas purification chamber and air mixing chamber.
The biomass particle combustor is added into the hopper of the combustor through the charging machine, and is fed into the combustor by the feeding screw at a constant speed. The combustion supporting air is fed into the distribution chamber by the fan, and then enters the air bin under the grate through the regulating valve, and then passes through the charging layer through the grate. The volatile matter in the granular material first escapes. The granular material fully contacts with the air on the grate and generates high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flame is ejected from the outlet of the combustion machine. The burnt out slag is discharged from the other end of the combustion machine to the slag extractor and sent out by the automatic slag extractor.
The high temperature flame enters the high temperature gas purification room for secondary combustion, and the dust entrained by the flue gas is polymerized and settled in the purification room at high temperature. The clean hot air (~1000 C) is cleaned up by mixing a certain amount of cold air into the hot air of the drying temperature of the material to enter the drying equipment (such as spray tower, rotary kiln, oven, drying room, air dryer, fluidized bed, etc.) to dry the material. The temperature of hot air can be adjusted according to the process needs, and the temperature stability of continuous heating air is ± 5 ℃.
