1 Introduction to Potato Mashed

The mashed potato can be formulated scientifically and added with corresponding nutritional ingredients to produce a full nutrition, multi variety and multi flavor convenience food. It can also be used as an "additive" to make cold drink food, convenience food, puffed food, and a variety of nutritional food and leisure food for special groups (hyperlipidemia, diabetes patients, the elderly, women, children, etc.).


2Mashed Potato Dryer Technical Principles

Wantai Mashed Potato Dryer is a new thin layer drying technology. Under normal pressure, 95-97 ℃ hot water is used as a thermal source. The transparent polyester film is covered on the surface of the hot water. The wet material is sprayed on the polyester film, the heat is passed to wet material through the polyester film, and the moisture of the material evaporation is eliminated by the exhaust fan, and the separation of the material from the polyester film is separated to the end point of dryness.


According to the study, when the aquatic material is placed on the surface of the polyester film, the part between the water in the material and the polyester film forms a channel that allows infrared energy to pass. The thermal energy is transmitted to the material by conduction and radiation at the same time, and the material is heated and the water is evaporated. Due to evaporation and exhaust cooling, the temperature of the material rarely exceeds 75 ° C. After the material is dried, the infrared channel will be closed. The heat can only be transmitted in a transmission. Since the polyester film is a poor conductor of heat, dry samples can avoid excessive heating.

The time of the Mashed Potato Dryer heating process can be short to only a few minutes. The ingredients in the materials in the drying process are exposed at a gentle heating temperature, which can reduce the component loss of the material, and the product has a good sensory quality. Spray drying, as a process of indirect drying, the product does not directly contact the heat transfer medium, and there is no cross -pollution; the state requirement of the dry material is not high; the processing water is in circulation use, and the heat is mainly transmitted to the material through infrared radiation, which improves energy utilization rate.
