1、 Overview of Soya Dregs Dryer

Wantai is a professional manufacturer engaged in the manufacturing of various high humidity and high viscosity soy sauce residue drying machines. It is also one of the earliest companies in China to successfully design and manufacture soy sauce residue drying equipment. Due to the viscosity generated by the heating of soy sauce residue (around 55 ℃ with high viscosity), many companies may experience burnt or sticky walls when dealing with high moisture soy sauce residue (above 50 ℃) due to the viscosity, which prevents normal production. With decades of experience in the production, testing, and experimentation of high humidity and high viscosity residue drying equipment, Wantai has designed a special drying machine for soy sauce residue, successfully solving the problem of soy sauce residue drying.

The soy sauce residue drying system adopts advanced drying technology and energy-saving technology, which can not only dry high moisture soy sauce residue, but also low moisture soy sauce residue (after pressing), making soy sauce drying cost lower and quality better.

3、 Drying principle of Soya Dregs Dryer

There is a plate inside the drum, and the dehydrated wet soy sauce residue enters the dryer. When the plate is flipped, the soy sauce residue is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacts with hot air, accelerating heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the soy sauce residue is transported to another star shaped discharge valve of the dryer to discharge the dried product under the action of the inclined plate and hot medium.
