Potato residues (cassava, sweet potato, and potato residues) are by-products of starch plants, alcohol plants and other manufacturers, with much water and high viscosity. In the traditional drying process, adhesion, caking and blockage are likely to occur, as a result, the drying equipment cannot be produced normally, and the user interests are damaged. Structure principle of cassava residue dryer
The cassava residue dryer is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, rotary cylinder, feeding machine, draft fan, discharger and power distribution cabinet.
After the dehydrated wet bean residues enter the cassava residue dryer, under the rotation of the evenly distributed shoveling plate in the cylinder, it is evenly dispersed and fully in contact with the hot air, which speeds up the heat and mass transfer of drying. After drying, the potato residues, under the action of the inclined shoveling plate and heat medium, are transported to another star-shaped discharge valve of the dryer for the dried products. In the process of equipment design, WAN TAI, taking into full consideration of the characteristics of potato residues with large water content and high viscosity, introduced a series of original technologies and processes to ensure best drying effects.
