Overview of crushing rotary dryer

Crushing rotary dryer increases a crushing shaft in the original single-cylinder rotary dryer and improves the internal lifting plate so as to process high-moisture materials. Therefore, it is also called high-moisture material dryer.

The high-moisture material is lifted by the lifting plate after entering the drying cylinder, refined by the crushing shaft in the cylinder during dropping and surrounded by hot air for constant refining and drying till removal to the outlet. The drying of refined material is fast due to the large contact area with air.

Characteristics

1. Direct processing of high-moisture materials, such as chicken manure, distiller's grains and medicine residue; drying the materials from the humidity of 85% to less than 12%.

2. Compact structure: convenient to assemble.

3. Excellent adjustability and large operational flexibility: larger fluctuation range of output and moisture of wet materials.

4. Reasonable utilization of dry air: capable of saving energy by over 30% compared with conventional dryers.
