Product Introduction

High-Moisture Materials Dryer is designed with concurrent-flow drying process, especially suitable for the fast drying of high-moisture materials needing to preserve nutrition, and it can achieve the purposed of drying, sterilization, deodorization and nutrition preservation at one time. The cylinder of this dryer is provided with a high-speed rotating crushing device which can increase the contact area between materials and drying medium. High-Moisture Materials Dryer adopts some unique design to prevent materials from adhering to the operation panel and the cylinder wall, achieving good insulation and sealing performance with much higher thermal efficiency compared with general cylinder dryers.

Features

High-Moisture Materials Dryer features its high-temperature and fast drying process which can fully and reasonably utilize the drying medium and maximize the energy efficiency according to the characteristics of materials in different phases. It also has wide adaptability, applicable to the residues with both high and low viscosity. This machine has reasonable utilization of dry air, capable of saving energy by over 30% compared with conventional dryers. And the treated residues will be in good quality and color, neither burnt nor mushy with low nutrition loss.

High-Moisture Materials Dryer has high automation, capable of completing the whole process of drying, refining and cooling automatically, and realizing direct packaging and bag filling. Also, it has excellent adjustability and large operational flexibility. The whole set of equipment mainly includes feeding machine, pre-drying machine, discharging machine, middle conveyor, three-cylinder rotary dryer, cyclone dust collector, air duct, draft fan, cooler and control cabinet.

Applications

High-Moisture Materials Dryer is a kind of low-burnup and high-efficiency drying equipment. The machine can dry the high-moisture materials with the initial water content of less than 85% to the final water content of less than 13%, suitable for processing various high-moisture wastes, leftovers and chemical raw materials (such as chicken manure, alcohol trough, wine tank, medicine residue, fructose residue, sauce and vinegar residue, beet pulp, animal slaughtering content, coal slime and bentonite) of livestock feeding, food brewing, sugaring and pharmacy, and can be used for resource development and environmental protection.
