Features

Three-Cylinder Drum Dryer has compact structure and its three concentric cylinders are in certain mathematical relation and structural style. The structure can ensure that the dried materials move in the spiral direction under the action of gravity while maintaining sufficient retention time and dispersion in the cylinder, achieving sufficient heat exchange. It can eliminate the defects of small heat exchange area and low evaporation intensity of unit volume caused by air holes, which occurs frequently in conventional drying equipment.

Three-Cylinder Drum Dryer also form a self insulation system due to the inner and middle cylinders can be surrounded by the outer cylinder. This dryer makes full use of the waste heat, reducing the heat dissipation loss and increasing the heat exchange area to reduce energy consumption and improve heat utilization.
