Features

Cyclone Dust Collector has a simple structure, easy to manufacture, install, maintain and operate. It has low equipment investment and low operating, maintaining costs. According to the flow entry mode, this machine can be divided into tangential entry type and axial entry type. Under the same pressure loss, the gas of the latter can be processed about 3 times of the former, and the gas flow is evenly distributed. The mechanism of dust removal in this machine is to make the dust-containing airflow rotate, and the dust particles are separated from the airflow by the centrifugal force and trapped on the wall, and then the dust particles fall into the ash hopper by the action of gravity.
