The steam radiator produced by Wantai machinery is used as the air heater for heating air in the hot air device. It is the main equipment in the hot air device and widely used in the air drying of starch. The steam radiator is used for hot air heating, air conditioning system and air heating of drying device. Suitable for steam and hot water heating system. It is widely used in the heating and ventilation system of many industrial enterprises and large buildings.

Its hot medium is steam or high temperature water. The working pressure of steam is Zero point three - 8 kg / cm2. The temperature of hot water is about 130-170 ℃. The heat sink is mainly composed of three rows of spirally finned tube bundles arranged in the direction of air flow. The processing technology of the heat radiating fin tube bundle is that the cold-rolled steel strip is wound on the seamless steel tube by mechanical method, and then the surface is galvanized. The contact surface between the fin and the tube is wide and tight, with good heat transfer performance, stability and corrosion resistance. Steam or high temperature water flows through the steel pipe, and the heat is transmitted to one-sided air through the fins tightly wound on the steel pipe, so as to heat the air.
