Product Introduction
Ammonium Sulfate Dryer features simple operation, low production cost and non-secondary pollution. The resulting materials can be used as fertilizers to improve the the quality and output of fruits, and enhance the resistance of crops to disasters. Also, Ammonium Sulfate Dryer is easy to maintain, install and replace parts.
Working Principle
Ammonium Sulfate: Ammonia water reacts with sulfur dioxide in flue gas in a desulfurization tower to produce sodium sulfate slurry. After entering the centrifuge for primary dehydration, the sodium sulfate slurry is dried in an ammonium sulfate dryer, so that dried ammonium sulfate can be obtained.
Ammonium Sulfate Dryer: the ammonium sulfate slurry enters the rotary dryer via spiral conveyor. The drying chamber of the rotary dryer continuously rotates, enabling the ammonium sulfate to keep moving in the drying chamber for full-contact with the hot air. After drying, the dried ammonium sulfate is collected by the cyclone separator, through which, the wet air is discharged to the atmosphere.
