Product Introduction
Plastic Recycling Dryer features its main body of a long cylinder with adjustable rotating speed. There is a certain inclination angle between the cylinder and the horizontal direction. Compared with other dryers, it is introduced with novel structure, reasonable design, high thermal efficiency and wide applications, and it is 35% more energy-saving than general drying equipment. Features
Plastic Recycling Dryer is mainly composed of cylinder with small holes, roller, triangular hole-shaped shoveling plate, external insulation frame, blowing air duct, circulation fan, chain-driving sprocket and driving motor. The open feed and discharge ports make the operation quite smooth, and adhesion on the cylinder of plastic softening caused by indirect heating can be avoided together with hot-air drying. Due to rotation characteristics and the special triangular hole-shaped shoveling plate structure of the cylinder, the plastic sheet is lifted, raised, and dispersed, so that the water cling to the plastic can be quickly removed, with fast drying and high efficiency.
Working Principle
When the material is lifted to a certain height, it will fall "freely" and be displaced. Consequently, with the rapid vaporization of plastic moisture, the hot air temperature is significantly reduced and the humidity is increased. Eventually, after discharged out of the chamber via the draft fan, the dry plastic continuously moves toward the discharge port along the inclined direction of the cylinder.
