Product Introduction

Ferrous Sulfate Dryer is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of ferrous sulface, and it features stable performance, reliable operation and stable product quality. Its special structural design better prevent slagging on the furnace walls and short circuit, ensuring continuous and normal production. At present, Ferrous Sulfate Dryer has applied for a patent to dry 1.6 to 1.8 tons of ferrous sulface into 1 ton of ferrous sulface monohydrate.

Working Principle

At present, there are two kinds of production lines of Ferrous Sulfate Dryer: wet process and dry process (mainly dry process)

One is to directly dry ferrous sulfate heptahydrate into ferrous sulfate monohydrate, with simple process, stable performance and no secondary pollution; the other is to wet process, first add water to ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and heat it with steam, turn it into ferrous sulfate monohydrate, then use purification device, get ferrous sulfate monohydrate from heart after impurity removal, and then dry it.

The special dryer for ferrous sulfate is a special production equipment for ferrous monohydrate produced by Wantai company after numerous tests and improvements. It adopts a special structure design to prevent wall building and short circuit of materials, so as to make the production continuous and normal.
