The ore powder is directly sent to the drum crushing dryer by the feeding screw, and is repeatedly picked up and scattered by the plate on the inner wall of the drum. After being broken up by the crushing device, the material is in full contact with the high-temperature medium with negative pressure to complete the heat and mass transfer process. Due to the inclination of the drum and the function of the induced and separated air, the materials move slowly from the feeding end, and then they are discharged by the discharging spiral after drying, and the tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere after being dedusted by the dust remover.
