Introduction
The ore dryer is widely applied to the industries such as building materials, metallurgy, beneficiation, chemical engineering and cement. It can be used for drying the high-moisture and large-proportion materials such as mineral slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz sand, water slag, coal slime and sludge.
Advantages
1. Large processing capacity, strong anti-overload capacity, high thermal efficiency, capable of reducing the coal consumption by about 20% and directly reducing the drying cost. The traditional casting steel gear is replaced with large and small drive gears (pin replaceable gears), which saves the cost and investment and greatly reduces the maintenance cost and time.
2. To achieve the best drying effect, the dryer utilizes the concurrent-flow drying process, that is, the materials and hot air enter the dryer from the same side, with low outlet temperature and high thermal efficiency.
3. The improved internal structure strengthens the sweeping and heat transfer effect of dispersed materials and eliminates the material adhesion on inner wall.
4. The new feeding and discharging devices can avoid blocking, discontinuous and non-uniform feeding and material return, and reduce the load of dust removal system. WAN TAI has made many technical innovations on the lifting system, especially in the new combined lifting device, which solves the "air holes" of traditional dryers.
5. The dryer can meet different requirements for the granularity and water content of dried slag and other materials.
Scope of application
Ore dryer can be used for slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz sand, water slag, slime, sludge and other materials with high wettability and significant ratio.
Working Principle
1. The slag is sent to the hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipe through the hopper feeder.
2. The inclination of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can flow into the mine dryer smoothly.
3. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, which is in counter current contact with the material, and the heat carrier flows into the cylinder together with the material.
4. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the bottom by gravity. In the process of moving the wet material forward in the cylinder, the heat carrier is directly or indirectly supplied to dry the wet material, and then the wet material is sent out through the belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end.
5. The inner wall of the ore dryer is equipped with a reading board, which is used to pick up and drop the materials, increase the contact surface between the materials and the air flow, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the material forward.
6. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, it is generally required to collect the materials in the gas by the cyclone dust remover (the heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc.).
If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of tail gas, it shall be discharged after passing through bag filter or wet dust collector.
