Working principle of soy sauce residue dehydration machine:
After the high wet soy sauce residue passes through the conveyor, it is transported to the material hopper of the dehydrator, through the spiral feeding device evenly on the filter belt, the filter belt runs with the equipment, the height of the ingredient board is flattened, so that the thickness of the material is completely evenly consistent; Then the upper and lower two tightened circular filters are clamped to the ingredients, driven by the driving roller, the roller in the dehydration area has been mechanically squeezed multiple times continuously to press out a large amount of water. Automatically adjust the squeezing pressure according to the characteristics of soy sauce residue to meet customers' requirements for soy sauce residue water content.
