Introduction to coal ash dryer/Fly Ash Dryer
Coal ash dryer is mainly used for drying granular materials in certain humidity, such as the water slag of thermal power generation industry. Blast furnace slag of cement building industry. Granular clay and materials without chemical change, resistant to high temperature and dust in chemical engineering. According to the requirements for final moisture in different industries, the water content of dried materials can reach less than 1-0.5%.

Working principle of coal ash dryer/Fly Ash Dryer
During the drying process, the wet fly ash enters the drum breaking equipment through the belt conveyor, enters the negative pressure dryer through the fast breaking block drum, and is divided into the following four working areas:
The first is the guide material area: when the wet fly ash enters into this area and contacts with the high temperature and negative pressure hot air, a large amount of water will be evaporated rapidly, and the fly ash will be led into the next working area if it does not form a bond under the action of the board with large guide angle;
The second is the cleaning area: wet fly ash is picked up by the board in this area to form the material curtain state, and it is easy to form the phenomenon of binding roller wall when the material falls down. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device can quickly clean up the fly ash binding to the cylinder wall. In this process, the cleaning device for the material The agglomerates also play a role of breaking, thus increasing the heat exchange area, improving the efficiency of heat and mass transfer, and improving the drying rate;
Third, the inclined lifting plate area: this area is a low-temperature drying area, where the fly ash has been in a low moisture loose state, and there is no binding phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the finished product meets the required moisture requirements and moves into the final discharge area;
Fourth, discharge area: there is no board for drying fly ash in this area, and the materials roll to the discharge port in this area to complete the whole drying process
