Principle of quartz sand dryer
Quartz sand dryer is mainly composed of main cylinder, front cover, tail cover, support, wheel stopper and transmission device, which is slightly inclined and rotates at low speed. The inner side of the cylinder is equipped with an open lifting plate. The dried materials are fed evenly from the high-end of the dryer, and the high-temperature gas enters the cylinder from the front cover. Due to the inclination and rotation of the cylinder, the materials flip in the circular direction and move axially through the lifting and scattering of the lifting plate. The materials and the high-temperature gas exchange heat in the cylinder, so that the water contained in the materials is continuously evaporated to achieve the purpose of drying.
